The following tables (4 and 5) indicate the average foreseeable performance for the various lines under customary sizing conditions and for a municipal ( WWTP ) that tends to be concentrated, containing a maximum of 30% of non-toxic industrial WW and having the following average properties (table 3):

The performance of these systems is defined as follows in the case of this type of water:

  • by its efficiency with a scope encompassing a reasonable range of water types, potential supplies, choice of equipment and operation;
  • by an objective that is usually achieved and which, better than efficiency, allows us to compare the performance of the aforementioned systems on the basis of a given parameter (taking into consideration, a priori, the same operating conditions, reagents used, etc.).
